Causes of Temper....

Poor circulation! Overabundances of meats, especially red meat, not cooked thoroughly or properly or eaten with the blood and or veins intact can ruin circulation fast and cause parasitic infestation which could assist in setting in dementia and or senility at a real fast rate! Same with real butter! Vegetable oil spread is so much better for you and it assists in helping the skin to maintain elasticity and flexibility in muscles with it's vitamins, nutrients and high mineral content!

Acidic substances, an overly acidic diet, too much fruit or too many veggies with not enough pasta and or grains to ballance acids can make a person angry but then the congestion that comes from too much pasta can too!

Radiation, in large doses can cause swelling and congestion of the bloodstream, slowing it and causing a lack of oxygen to the brain also enlarging major organs and swelling muscles, causing blockages in the tissues in your flesh. If you cause swelling in the brain, it will slow down your bloodstream and slow or stop the healing process, perverting cell growth as well! Ever seen a three legged frog? That's what could happen to you with too much radiation! Don't cause yourself heart attacks and or even strokes by slowing and congesting the bloodstream!

Dust, pollen, mold and mildew will do as much damage as pollutants and chemicals, even sitting in a running vehicle will cause a bad temper, loss of taste and smell, chemical burns and brain damage!

Anxiety, paranoia and depression can cause a temper too, overabundaces of adrenaline will make you too acidic causing a chemical imballance that could be permanently disabling mentally speaking! This could mean that you are getting down on yourself for something that you know is wrong within your life. find it and fix it! Illogical, irrational or unlawful behavior can cause temper by messing with your self esteem, hence the lesson in the beginning of the book!

Malnourishment may be the leading cause of temper and illogical or irrational behavior. Keep a rainbow effect diet going on at all times, never forget take a vitamin every day! It will help you catch up on the nutrition you have missed. Remember to ballance your diet, always have a grain or pasta with any fruit and veggie, it'll keep your tummy settled too.

The deadly sins cause temper before death. Partially because you know youa re doing something wrong but it has become a habit and you didn't realise how easy it was to kick it! They are called deadly sins, because they cause death!

Abuse and Curing Abuse

FORMS OF ABUSE ...

Exploitation, humiliation, jealousy, neglect, rape, incest, molestation, public embarrassment, insults and degradation, broken promises, slavery, bondage, wihtholding property, invasion, seclusion, alienation, malnourishment! Yet another big clue here, don't even get accused of these things. Don't ever let anyone even think that you would do any such things, you'll be inviting the utmost of revenge from all religious organisations and the US government! Government secret...they will allow terrorist activity to be focussed in your direction in order to place blame on the warmongers! They can not be acused of even encouraging such behavior! Even stress, anxiety and depression kill the human body like diseases!

FAST CURES FOR ABUSE...

Animal therapy, safely and appropriately of course. A well trained pet can heal a persons soul quickly, talk to a vet if you can't afford to have an animal professionally trained for tips on how to's for your self. Unconditional love, laughter, safe and appropriate affection, good clean jokes, entertainment like puppet shows, educational tv, magic shows, clean comedy, nature walks, pictures and books on nature, cds of natural sounds, excercise and relaxation or meditation tapes, educational books and creative writing, even art. Strong point beeing made here, make sure all negativity is exited out of the life beeing rehabilitated! Tell people loudly what triggers you have so that they can remind themselves not to do those things around you. Trauma causes strange things in the human body! Make sure you walk away from negative people, ignore them completely, just walk away and tell yourself they are also just another abuse case! Invite positives and comfort zones into your vacinity, stick around positive, comforting people. Erase all of the anger and fear, (trauma) triggers from your life so that you may heal properly away from all negative setbacks completely and totally so that you may heal as quickly as possible! Sometimes overly traumatised people need smaller little extras to help them heal faster. Trying to remain positive and happy around trauma victims will help them to feel more comfortable.

Meditation and Relaxation...

   These are two very important things nearly forgotten lately. People have forgotten how to remain relaxed and consequently have become more unhealthy because of it. See when you rush around too much, you tend to have more accidents, trip over things, mess up what you're doing, bruising up your body all over the place and maybe even braking bones, not to mention your pride! Prevention! Calm and steady wins the race! ...Healing comes from endorphins, which are made from happiness! Smile, laugh collect jokes and comedy, retell them even if you have to write them down. Read educational books, and watch educational TV. Everybody feels better about themselves while they are learning! Again, heal the body, heal the mind! Heal the mind, heal the body, get it!? Anything that you enjoy could help you build endorphins. Again, make a list of things that are legal that you can do in public, I mean socially, that make you happy or are fun to you!...Hobbies, things that you are tallented at, things you can do with a friend or a safe relationship. Make sure there are no negative strings attached to your list! Don't ever hesitate to go into relaxation mode or meditation mode when necessary, you can even ask to be excused briefly while you calm yourself down. With a brief explanation people will understand that you need a time out! These two subjects are a huge part of my rehabilitative theory on curing all disease in the human body! In meditating and or relaxing you'll need a few minutes to relax every muscle in your body. Find a safe, quiet place or a special comforting place that you love. Get comfortable and begin relaxing from one end of your body to the other. Depending, of course, on where the worst of your stressed muscles are at the time! You can obtain a muscle diagram from your Dr's office, it may help you to visualise and individualise each muscle to be capable of picking them out specifically and tense, then relax, and breathe as you go. In with all the positive things that you love dearly and enjoy, and out with all the angry, negative and depressing things that you have experienced throughout the day! Picture it leaving your soul as you exhale and then bring back in all the positives. Another great relaxation technique is stretching out all of your muscles instead of just tensing and relaxing. You can obtain a diagram from your Dr. as to how to stretch properly. When you are all done tensing and relaxing and or stretching out, just plain relax your body. Close your eyes and concentrate on nothing but your breathing technique. In with all the positive feelings and things and out with all the negative feelings and things, repeat and repeat until you almost fall asleep. Then get up and stretch and shake all the negative tension off, walk around a bit to wake back up and continue on with your day!

CREATIVE CURSING AND SAFE TEMPER OUTLETS....

   If your offensive language even pisses you off, try laughing at yourself instead of cursing. Make yourself up a list of things that you hate on the Earth and use them for swearwords. Ready, it's OK to laugh ya know! Supercalifragilisticexpialidociuos or Docioualiexpeisticfragilcalirufus! fornication, flesh rot, deterioration, whippins, beatins, fiddle sticks, brken strings, puckers scrapes and scratches, chit, waste, dung, issues and causes, slang, blasphemy, poop, ash, dirt, grime, buildup, frustratons, holy curses, thinder and lightenning, flooding and falling rocks, slander, filth, foul, moan, complain, die, trash, evil and mayhem, chaos, damn piss, destruction and disaster, witch, shark bites and bee stings, breakage, fat cells, rot, mold, dust and mildew, mud, pin pricks and needles, poisons and potions, selfishness and greed, freak, freakin, friggin, etc...I think you get the point! Use them wisely, don't make my mistake, keep your teeth a little longer!

Healthy temper outlets! First of all if you have to beat on something, pick something that is going to satisfy your rage! I beat on things that make noise. I use to beat on stop signs, anything metal, wood, if I have a metal bat in my hands. You can beat the Earth with your fists, you can beat on a pillow, you can beat the floor of your house. Be careful though beatin on anything that is alive! Personal experience, I hit a tree with a shovel about twice in life, ( stupid me repeates the action) and it bit me back in the forehead on both occassions! I do not suggest this to anyone! There's nothing wrong with beeing angry, especially for the right reasons, it's in how you take it out that matters the most! Everybody needs an outlet see, cause when you stuff your emotions they tend to fester up inside of you and come out in the wrong directions. Excercise is a great temper outlet...lift weights, walk, jog, bike, do aerobics, climb stairs, clean, rake the yard, weed the garden, go swimming, do laps, I dance my butt off to sweat, although I do much prefer dancercise when I'm in a good mood! Keep , yes another, list of things you need to get done around the house and yard that you don't do nearly often enough. Post it somewhere you can read it easily and when you get a little buildup, grab a chore and get it done! Do something energetic! Forget everything else in life and just get the work done. If you cannot take the time out and need to calm your rage. Stop everything, take a deep breath, count to one hundred, write it down on a piece of paper, see if it makes sense and then rip it up, throw it out. Don't hurt anyone in getting your temper out, you'll only feel worse in the process. If you have to vent, do it on paper, it's less harmful and then won't come out on anyone unnecessarily. That way you can make sense of it before anyone has to hear it or read it! Destress, relax meditate, take a time out, save you from hurting yourself or anyone else! Take a break, use the relaxation and meditation techniques and don't wait, you really should vent the minute you catch your temper. If you stuff it, it could fester up, causing an overabundance of adrenaline flow, making you feel sick and causing a chemical imballance, which will only make your temper worse later on. Then do something positive, find someone to get a hug from. Remeber, anger is a waste of iron, iron is energy and energy is healing time. Waste not, want not! ....more comming on this subject...

More on Victimisation...

   Manners! Be respectful at all times, learn how to quiet your mouth when tempted to be rude, even if by force, literally cover your mouth with your hands, you know what they say, and for good reason, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all! Be polite and helpful, stay out from under foot, don't be in the way of someone elses progress, do not ever break the laws of nature, always be prepared to take the consequences of your actions , do not backstab so as not to be deserving of over-punishment, if it's not yours don't touch it , don't hurt yourself or anything or anyone else, don't hurt or disrespect yourself or your company. Do not ever peole in public or in front of comany. Don't ask for things you don't deserve or haven't worked for unless it's a special occassion or a birthday or holiday. Be careful to treat people the way you want to be treated. This goes for peoples belongings, pets, family members, boyfriends, girlfriends and husbands and wives as well as children too, too! SHAME! Do your job on Earth and let other people do theirs! People are well trained for the jobs that they do, if we each contribute and stick to our own jobs, we get things done faster! If you always go out of the way to go above and beyond your job without having to be asked, do a little more than what is expected of you, benefits, raises, promotions, and bonuses come your way faster! Big Clue, always be gentle and polite yet blunt and simple when it comes to constructing criticism or having to correct people. You never know, what they don't know could be killing them!!!It's easier for someone to correct their behavior when it is put in a mild way that they are offending people. Don't go places alone, always use a buddy system and always let someone know when you are leaving and when you will return. Keep track of every little thing and never alienate yourself. When in public, never draw attention to sexual parts, even when adjusting clothing, you could easily fall victim to jealousy and or, lust or rape or kidnapping, even murder. Lust causes people to snap, especially when encouraged and or pushed! Keep wallets, pocketbooks firmly attached to your body at all times and never flaunt money, you could easily become a target to thieves! Do not ever be overly loud, obnoxious or disrespectful, you could force someone to trigger snap! You never know what people have been through or what kind of abuse they have taken. Keep your hands to yourself and always move slowly without bumping into people, like I said, you never know what people have been through and they may aim their snappy temper in your direction. You wouldn't want to snap in public, don't force it on other people, it could be embarrassing or even get someone hurt! People have a right to self defense in this country in order to protect themselves from bodily injury! ...more comming on this subject..

How Not To Become A Victim...

   OK consider this, you are on camera, embedded information, for research and safety purposes through your microchip 24-7, 365 no matter where you think you are hiding! Government secrets 101. The public has a right to know! Public access infomation people! There are cameras everywhere but there are eyes in the skies as well, you can't hide! Whether you admit to what you have done or not, someone somewhere knows all you think do and say and feel and will use it accordingly to judge you by your works and use the information to benefit the Earth! So, never pay bills online or make credit card payments online, never give personal information online, never leave your wallet or pocketbook open to over the shoulder spies, keep them closely connected to your body at all times. Always know your rights and local laws, every where you go, even and especially when visitting far off places. Always double check all of your information with scientific fact and hardcore evidence and read all mail and bills thoroughly, especially the fine print, it's good for your eyes anyways! Never sign your name the same way twice and don't make habits of your schedules, if you are too predictable, you can be duplicated easily ! Always read warnings and directions before using anything, read all the labels. Be prepared to prove where you've been and who you were with just in case you need to prove it .Don't be publicly nosy, never point the finger at anyone else until you judge your own self. As in, until you yourself are perfect, ...refrain from judgement, that makes you a hipocrite! Never lie, you could loose all your credibility and then when you need someone to believe you to save your life, they will be able to help! Don't pick on or bully people ever! Easy Targets/Victims/Prey...

   Permiscuos and perverted people, prostitutes, escorts, pimps, child abusers, molesters, animal abusers, Earth abusers, neglectful parents or parents who encourage ignorance or spoil their childred. ( A spoiled child is much like spoiled meat, no good for no one) Bully's, people that take advantage of priviledge, those who pick on or prey on those who cannot defend themselve, people who abuse authority, drug dealers and pushers especially, spies, tresspassers, breaking and enterring artists, cheaters, hypocrites, liars, people that hide their dirty behaviors, overly emotional people and coldhearted people, those who make life a catch 22 situation, those who make it impossible to live, repeat offenders, pornographic preverts, people who justify and or teach weakness, , anyone who is unaware of their rights or the laws and last but not least, people who do not watch over their children closely enough!

See when you have something to hide, it not only eats away at you, but other people instinctively know that there is something wrong with you and will do anything it takes to find out what! An embarrassing past left unjustified can leave you susceptible to bribery and threatenning, putting you in a position or situation that you can't get out of! Always be ready to take the consequences of your own actions so you don't end up a pawn in someone elses revenge game or fall subject to terrorists. Always read thoroughly all medical records, beware of false diagnosises and always ask for a second opinion if you doubt the first one at all! Be honest with your Dr's and your therapists, they can't help you otherwise, ask the right questions, write them down so you don't forget, and do as your Dr tells you unless you suspect a misdiagnosis. Manners and Ettiquette...

   Since half the cure is feeling good about yourself as a person, in order to boost your endorphins so you can heal twice as fast, here ya go, things you should have learned in kindergarten! I teach these to my children right from six months and up...Say please, when asking for something or when agreeing to take something you have asked for or has been offered to you and in response. Thank you for gifts received and when excused, Always say excuse me...BEFORE having to go past someone or when asking them to move out of the way and when having to interrupt any conversation or action and after letting gas, making embarrasing noises or making mistakes. I'm sorry is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo important when error is made out of forgetfullness or clumsiness or when offending someone personally! Please forgive me when error is made personally in cursing by mistake or physically. Don't EVER, swear, whisper, stare or point, especially in public! Don't hurt persons, pets, belongings or nature, ever! Listen closely when elders speak, especially in public. Take responsibility for your own behavior, your peron, your messes, belongings, pets, children. Please excuse me when adjusting clothing,neatenning appearance, entertaining and or disturbing. Give compliments where deserved, sugar coat criticism, and keep your hands and feet to yourself at all times, place napkin in the lap while eating, don't slurp, ...drinks or soups, close mouth while chewing, keep elbows off the table until finished, at least, and try a little bit of everything while eating at companies home!

ROYAL ETTIQUETTE ...

OK, now, let's not forget to include royal ettiquette in the whole manners deal! Bow politely or curtsy gracefully when introduced to new people even when a handshake is invloved, it is quite impressive! Bow or curtsy deeply, all the way to the knee when introduced to royalty and or authorit, incluing but not limited to suitors! Nod, smile and wave to all who aqknowledge your existance, always clap vigorously at all entertainment, never stoop to enemy levels, as I said, it only leaves you succeptible to the wrath that they deserve. Be clean, neat, matched and well kept always, especially for social occasions and impress comapnay and elders with a wide variety of educated intellect, talent and logic! ...more comming very soon on this subject...

Permissive Parenting and Prevention!!!

   Lessons in prevention. Start health early so that they don't end up unhealthy. Big clue to parenting.. When a child has any negatives early in life, their health is compromised. Never do anything unhealthy or unnatural to a child early on in life and be very careful to get them a proper rainbow diet with plenty of proteins early on so that they can heal properly from accidental damage! Teach them simply, ...don't hurt yourself , your person, your belongings, your feelings, and don't hurt anyone else, their person, their belongings orr their feelings! You'll never go wrong with raising a child that people don't mind having around! Safetly first as always comes along with preventive medicine, respect, trust, and proper discipline. Permissive, always give them permission and credit for doin the right things, just aim them in the right direction. Never give negative attention unless it is a life threatenning situation, and then of course things have to be taken a little more seriuosly! Do not contribute to weak bodied or weak minded children! Think, what will your child contribute back to the Earth and you, how will they make you proud? Seriously people, it's difficult for a child to be hard worker if they can't think right and are too weak or injured to work! Don't damage the body at a young age and they won't have to work overtime to correct the damage leaving them stronger in mind and body.Always listen to your children, every little word they say, they are always trying to learn and need you to hear them so you can teach them more appropriately! They will tell you all that's wrong with them if you are just willing to hear! Remember what you wanted from your parents as a child and try to remember to refocus their behavior and actions instead of overdiscpline, a child will go for the negative behavior if they are assured that they will get it! Play, when educational, praise and positive attention will encourage proper and positive behavior, especially when given for no reason and more often! Remember also that your attitude will rub off on them, they will sense your emotions instinctively! Tell the child simply and calmly, no you may not play with this object, it is not yours...gently remove the child from the area, take the object out of reach if you can and redirect the child to another area where their toys are, setting them down where they belong and telling them this is yours it is ok to play with your toys! It's so easy! More example and less lecture. Children need you to put things in a simple way so that they may better understand you to be capable of doin as you ask them to do! Stictuitiveness . Never take your anger out on a child in a fit of rage, they will loose all respect for you and how are they to learn self control if you don't have any! Cut out all negative attention, Children will portray the behavior you teach them onto others! Make sure your child never takes you for a liar or a hypocrite, they will not be capable of learning from you, don't ever do anything in front of your child that you don't want them doing in front of company! Actions speak louder than words . Always stop yourself from responding in anger. Close your mouth, phycially if possible, count to ten, walk away and think it out if you need to, make sense of your response and then react properly! Patience and tollerance can't be spoken highly enough of. There area lessons to be learned at proper ages . Never expect more of a child than they are capable of and help them do as you ask by always remembering to tell them why and how in explicit detail! It is too important! Try to remember how frustrating it is to be that small. Inspire your child/children to imrove their natural talents, the things they are already good at, it will be easier for them to gain tallents and learn more when they know they can already do something right. Over praise for every little thing, always make sure you give them plenty of credit for a job well done! This helps to make you proud also and keeps their self esteem high, making them feel good about themselves and helping them to want to learn more. Teach justice and judgement through justification. The laws of consequence say, if you can't do the time, don't do the crime! Try beeing creative with consequences, make sure the punishment or disciplinary action fits the crime committed! Never over punish or leave children on time outs too long a period of time, children area easily frustrated with over punishment and will tend to get the idea that they don't ever do anything right. The more your child knows that you love them for no reason, the more willng they will be to listen to you and want to do as you ask! Never neglect them , make sure they always have something appropriate and acceptible to do so that they never have to keep themselves busy and they will do less wrong. I, personally use to love yard sales and second hand stores. Toys don't necessarily have to be new, unless it's a holiday, that's a very different story! One mans trash is another mans treasure. Make their room comfortable and make sure they have plenty of educational toys and toys that they have chosen to play with. Let them pick what they want at yardsales and second hand shops, they'll acquire more and be more satisfied with keeping themselves busy and out of your hair, that way you can get your things done without them beeing directly under foot! I use to love spending time with my kids painting on rugs roads and towns for their hotwheels cars and mini Tonka trucks and what not and I used to love making sure they had the best car tracks all put together and glued firmly so that I didn't have to spend too much time continuously putting them back together! Actions speak louder than words, if you threaten it make sure you can follow through, if you can't or won't follow through then don't bother threatenning it! Children loose all respect if they don't have a proper guideline to follw, make sure they know the consequences of their actions. They may hesitate before misbehaving and you need them to take you seriuosly! Be logical about all disciplinary action . Time outs are a good way to get a child to understand that their behavior is innappropriate and always make sure they know immediately what they area doing wrong so that they understand why they are being punished. When disrespecting your things or your space, send them back to their room or their toy area, redirect instead of punish!

One last big clue on parenting, ...always rememeber this, while raising your children that one day, they will be taking care of you on your death bed, how do you want to be treated!???

Mom's After Baby Every Time!!!

   Stay young and in shape, simply, efficiently, effectively, thoroughly and even cheaply wihtout diet pills, equipment, diets and even with little to no actual excercise! First off, eat healthy before and during pregnancy. Remember that you will have to take back off what you eat during pregnancy. Breastfeeding doesn't take it all off, although almost, as long as you are careful what you eat! This is how I did it after five I still drop down to a size 5 after each baby easily! The first two months of breastfeeding is the most important! That's where all the collostrum is that helps babies to build their immunities. So, throughout pregnancy make sure you get your rainbow diet of fruits and veggies but also make sure you get plenty of and variations of, herbs, spices, nuts, berries and double your prenatals if you are not getting three squares a day! What you pass on to baby in the early stages of pregnancy will help them to build up stronger immunities young and help to stay happier and healthier, cutting medical costs later in life! This is also great for helping you to stay in shape during pregnancy and lose weight after baby. It will help to increase energy levels and help your body to function more naturally while trying to bounce back after baby every time! I, personally would rather take two vitamins and eat one less meal than eat more and have to work harder to loose the weight! Another big clue on preperation for birth, besides taking your classes on lamaze, ...make sure to keep yourself in good shape during pregnancy, right up till birth! I was told that because I was celebate during my first pregnancy, might have had alot to do with bleeding damn near to death during labor! Make sure you keep those muscles in shape with a HEALTHY sex life and if you can't do anything else walk as much as you dare! This will help to prepare muscles for an easier birth. When ready to go into labor, make sure you are properly relaxed and take in plenty of relaxation techniques, chamomile is good, sleepy time tea, blood thinners, like vinegar and pickle juice up to a week before pregnancy but make sure you even it out with pastas so as not to bleed too much during labor. My doc told me to have an alcoholic beverage when I was ready to go into labor. For preterm labor, you'll need to do the opposite and slow blood, stay active and tense but try to egt off your feet after excercise. The laws of gravity do function in the later stages of pregnancy! So, tense to keep baby in and relax to get baby out!

After baby......do all your housework twice a day, get back on your feet as soon as you dare to! It will not only keep baby's area clean, but you and the rest of the family too. During the earliest stages, it is important for baby to have healthy lungs. Put baby in a seperate room while vacuuming, sweeping and or dusting so as not to congest little lungs and don't use powders unless necessary for rashes, try using corn starch instead. It's less congestive for baby lungs and won't weaken breathing patters so that baby doesn't have lung problems early in life and therefore heart problems as well. When you are not careful with lungs, baby can have heart and lung problems early in life and these things cost the fmaily in medical bills, see. Work your body evenly while doing housework and even while holding baby, bend to both sides equally, hold baby with both arms, everything you do to one side do to the other! It could stop scholiosis before it happens! Always hold baby and play ambidextrously! Keep your body centered! This will help also to build strength in your weaker arm so that it will be easier to hold baby and do housework or other tasks while baby is fussy as the child gets older! Be careful lifting baby also, bend at the knee, try not to lean over too much, you could strain your muscles making it more difficult on youself to get things done efficiently! Make the upper body stronger for baby! Keep a high fruit and veggie intake for more energy and grab an herbal energy supplement to take along with your after baby vitamins! Keep your levels high so you can get things accomplished! Keep red meats out of your diet , they'll only make you and baby fat and congest your bloodstream, slowing your heartrate! Stick to proteins , fish, cheese, poultry, instead this could stop overweight babies early in life and make them healthier growing up! This will also help you get the weight off faster! Destress and meditate daily! While baby is napping, take one yourself, breathe deep and exhale all the negative energy you can to destress. It will help you to be a better parent,keeping the stress out of your life! Take classes on parenting, !!! If you mean to be a good parent, you should anyways! I did, ...I took all the classes on parenting I could get and I learned all kinds of neat little tips that may have saved my childrens lives and mine! Make sure baby is content, babies rarely cry for no reason! Make sure baby is fed at regular times, try to maintain a schedule, they'll help you with that at the hospital! Don;t hesitate to call the nurses or the Doc for advice ever, they'll give that for free! Make sure baby has comfortable clothing on at all times, nevermind the looks at first, newborns need comfort while their skin is solidifying and shedding that newborn baby hair. Always make sure to burp thoroughly every so many ounces, again the nurses will help if you ask. Gas in a baby belly hurts and makes them terribly uncomfortable. Burp often to make sure they don't get bellyaches. Good clue for burping, hold baby against chest upright, air goes up, not sideways, not down, and pat on the back firmly, but gently until you get a good three or four burps out of them, then continue feeding, if still fussing, burp again. If baby seems wiggly or stops suction, this usually means they have another burp! Make sure blankets and clothing are smoothed out under baby, wrinkles will make them uncomfortable and unnecesarily fussy! Remember, if you are frustrated baby will sense this and fuss for no reason, possibly even making them more gashious than necessary! For breastfeeding Moms, I know it's difficult, but you have to relax to breastfeed!!! Milk will not flow if you are not completely relaxed. I had trouble breastfeeding because I could not relax into it. Make sure you are perfectly comfortable and have a chamomile tea before starting. Put your feet up or lie down on your side and make sure you can hold the position in a relaxed state! Make sure babys mouth covers the nipple evenly and completely, otherwise you wil get sore and bleed, making it impossible to continue. If you ansolutely cannot stand the thought of breastfeeding, for whatever reason, or have trouble with inverted nipples or cannot seem to relax and let milk flow, try using a breastpump and at least get them the first few weeks so they can gain your immunities. If you have health problems, ask your Doc or maybe even call the red cross, they are great for this, about a nutritional diet that will help you build your own immunities so as not to pass on your health problems to baby. I did! I didn't want to pass on my cancers to my childern so I took a class at the red cross about beeing a blood donor and they helped me to find the right diet and take the right vitamins necessary to build strong immunities to pass onto my children. The earlier you start with this and I mean way before deciding to get prgnant, the healthier baby will be and the fewer family health problems you will pass on!

Now, tans, whites and yellows, make for healthy skin and assist in curing all those stretch marks as well as rebuilding elasticity! Vegetable oil spread will help with this too, stay away from real butter! Cocoa butter is good for the skin but will put on a minor level of fats so be careful not to use it too often, instead use aloe, vitamin a and e lotions, vaseline intensive care products and Oil of Olay! Sweat, as often as possible. Push yourself in your daily housekeeping and get out to do the yardwork! Stretch often before and after to make sure you stay flexible so as not to be too tense, muscles will bunch and strain if you are not careful and you'll be having to move faster for the sake of baby! Vary between your lotions!!! Big clue, use one in the am and one in the pm. After your shower use Oil Of Olay after shower lotion and follow the directions, this stuff is awesome! Then,.. towel off and use your vitamin a and or e...I use baby oil with a and e, on my washcloth it helps to keep skin supple! Fresh air and nature are good for you and for baby. Natural immunities come from a slow introduction to air and sunshine in small doses at first and the more nature you get into your own system, the better you'll feel and the faster you will bounce back into shape. A slow introduction to pollens and fresh air will keep baby from having allergies and lung problems later on! Keep away from preprepared foods and artificial additives and preservatives !!! They are no good for noone anyways and no dyes!!! They will make baby and you sick and cause brain deficiencies early on in life. Don't ever foget the homemades! Force yourself to take the time to make things homemade, it will pay off! Use all the spices and herbs you can think of in everything you cook! Oust your fruit and veggie intake and get the widest varieties you can in soups, stews, natural juices and teas! Don't forget the nuts and berries either and ballance always acids from your fruits and veggies by putting noodles in your soups and stew and making sure you get your grains! These help to keep the skin youthful and elastic and will help to stop the aging process! Natural sugar and homemade maple syrup is awesome for skin!!!! Don't get bluffed into using sugar subs!!! They'll only give you cancer! Natural sugar helps with curing the skin and acts as a mineral, like salt to cure and heal skin naturally! Not to mention that it helps with natural energy levels! Salt also is a healing and curing agent when it comes to healing the skin, especially scar tissue! Variations of peppers will help to heal skin also! Not to mention your internal organs. Be careful not to over do it though, as with all things use don't abuse! Spaghetti sauces and chillis are great for bouncing back into shape, just remember when trying to loose weight, to drain all pasta of excess starches and add in poultry instead of red meats. Save this for rebuilding flesh! There, easy enough? No excercising necessary when you eat right and do your chores regularly! You'll bounce back into shape fast and everyone will wonder how you did it!

One more clue, ...ladies, when you are home with baby and your man is working hard, taking better care of him when he comes home from a hard days work will help you stay in better shape and keep him in a good mood. Every little thing you do for your man, will boost his ego and his health at the same time! When you take good care of your man, it comes back around to you in good sex. He will heal your insides if you take proper care of him! Bounce back into your sex life as soon after baby as you can get permission from your Doc, NOT BEFORE, trust me! It's difficult for a man to go that long wihtout sex! Don't force him into another womans arms by taking to long to get back into pleasing him! Too many women make this mistake! There are of course alternatives to physical sex also, you know...there are other ways, ...get creative...Dad's need to be sure they have not been fogotten about especially after baby is born. Catering to him will help him to remember that baby is not the only important one here and it will help you to stay in better shape. This way Dad will be more willing to help with baby when you need him to without feeling like it's just another thing taking your time away from him!.... All better!!!

Healthy Skin Pigmentation...(natural tan)

...comes from darker colored fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, don't forget the berries! Of course good old fashionned fresh air and sunshine will help too! Careful always getting too much sun. If you tan, try using baby oil with a and e, tan a half hou and then flip. Anything that grows that is red, orange, yellow, tan, brown, blue, black or dark green will help to darken skin naturally! Of course if you're looking for the oposite effect you can go the other way, just make sure that in the process of conforming you take all your vitamins! To also help to darken skin, be careful to keep your skin healthy and use darker colored fabrics on your skin! For lighter colored skin, make sure you wear lighter colored clothing and use bleach in all your laundry. You can also mix bleach half and half and use a washcloth and wash with it, frequently, the more often you do it, the faster it will happen! Also when trying to maintain proper skin tone, work with and in and around nature as much as possible!. Handle variations of rocks...For darker skin tone, handle the materials that are darker in color, for lighter skin tone handle the materials that are lighter in color. Same with dirt, darker, more furtilised soil for darker skin and lighter soils and sand for lighter skin! Be careful though how much time you spend in the sun, skin cancer is easy to get and hard to get rid of! Dyed lotions, and fake tanning gels and cremes can help also... every little bit counts but when you put it all together it works fast!!! That is the real point here!

When you stick to THE cure, you can do it, but when you concentrate on ALL the cures it works fast!!!    Sorry you had to read through all that first but it is too important to know how to prevent instead of having to cure! It's much easier to heal if you know how to stay away from things that area detrimental to the human body! First things first, neither God nor the Government would give ya a disease without growing ya the cure! ( with all portions of this cure, ingest do not inhale unless otherwise specified!) Things have to go through the digestive system in order for your body to get the full usage out of it all ! When worried about virus's, colds, infestations, infections and diseases, make sure you get plenty whites, yellows, tans, oranges, pinks, and red fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, nuts, berries and try using poultry instead of red meats! These with the help of variations of dark, medium and light greens and red, brown and black for energy will help you build immunities to anything on the market these days and at a miraculous rate too! Juices, soups, stews, fluids and don't forget the mushrooms! Teas and variations therof are also a great help in building immunities nad the sugar in proper doses assists with all skin dysfunctions as does salt! Sweat out colds, virus's and bacterial infections with varieties of peppers and whilte veggies, minerals and spices and herbs! That's why chillis and spaghetti sauces area a big part of this cure all technique! Don't smoke more than a pack a day, no matter what brand you try! The chemicals are too much of a set back in large doses! You will also need to stay away from the end of your and other peoples cigarrettes. Smoke in a well ventilated or open area and never leave it smoking next to your face. Don't sit in rooms where there are alot of smokers together. Second hand smoke is the leading cause in cancer, emphyzema, loss of taste buds, bronchial infections like strep, mono and bronchitis and many other throat and bronchial infections and diseases! Yelling, screaming, singing, shouting will help to open airways making it easy for you to breathe and again, the heart cannot continue to pump properly unless the lungs function properly! Just don't aim it at anyone in anger! Find a safe spot where noone will call the cops, or at least warn people that you are just practicing and scream, yell, shout, sing for at least a half hour to an hour a day, take in a deep breath and let it out slowly until your lungs are totally empty, breathe for a minute and then repeat! This goes for babies too, you can prevent instead of cure babies from all lung dysfunction by letting them cry for at least 20 mins to a half hour a day, as long as nothing else is wrong! Check everything first and just let them go, wear ear muffs, ear plugs or walk out of the room if it bothers you that badly! Do it every day and never fail! Works great for anyone with breathing difficulty, punctured or injured or even deflated lungs, asthma, emphyzema, chronic bronchitis, strep, mono or congestive problems. The better the lungs function the easier it will be for the heart to pump properly! Never sit in a vehicle that has been running more than 15 minutes without proper ventilation!!! Dust, Pollen, Mold and Mildew...

...will invite microscopic parasites that eat away at human flesh and skin weakenning veins, capillaries and arteries and therefore affecting the heart, no to mention vericosing veins at an early age! Simplicity in sanitation and sanitization is the key! All those seperate cleaners just empty the pocketbook and cause family battles about money! Waste not want not! I still and only use good old fashionned ammonia and bleach for damn near everything in the house! All but the wood and dishes! That's all I use in the bathroom and kitchen, ... and for the glass, I use muphys and/or ammonia to dust with and nothing but dawn dish soap for the dishes, I don't trust anything else! Carpet cleaner is easy, ...a little dawn dish detergent mixed with either bleach or ammonie, depending on the color of your carpetting of course, ...bleach, diluted for lighter carpets and ammonia dilluted for darker carpets, (1 cup to a gallon or 1/4/c to a cup). I do, however, use Lysol for sanitation around anywhere people put their hands often although you can use the bleach and ammonia dilluted in a bucket for the same thing and just clean more often! Easier on the pocketbook is easier on the relationship! I can't stress that point enough either. Always clean up after food prep with one or the other on a washcloth not a sponge, use cello sponges only for dishes, the hot water will help to keep them sanitary, so will the constant use of soap! Same with the bathroom, use a washcloth not a sponge and always use a string mop, not a sponge mop, sponges hang onto microscopic parasites, bacterias, mold and mildew and only push around the dirt! Oh, and never leave an area wet after cleanup, always use a dry cloth to go back over the area, same with washing floors...bleach for tile or linoleum and ammonia for wood really is all you need, they cut down on odors, mold, mildew and microscopic parasites and will not only get the bugs out but keep the bugs from comming back!

...Again, I can't stress how much I love lysol, if you buy anything extra, let it be that! Read the back, you will understand!

People that have any type of skin problems at all need to be more careful of irritations . Watch what you wear, work with, eat, breath in, touch, wash with etc! If your skin is easily irritated, stick to white and or light colored fabrics, including what you wear and use! Include, sheets, blankets, towels, washcloths, handtowels, underwear and clothing. Don't take chances with combined fabrics. Alot of dyes on the market will cause irritaions in the skin and irritations mean bug and worm infestations! Be careful what you use for detergents and softenners and don't switch around ! You need to chose one and stick to it, your body will become accustomed to it with time! I only use tide and suggle. Everything else I have used for fabric softenner has destroyed the elastic in my cothing, if that's what it does to clothing imagine what it does to the skin! Try to remember that constant itching, irritation and constricting clothing can cause infestations and warts easily, possibly even herpes and rashes! Again, here's another subject I can't stress often enough!...Keep pets and bedding areas clean and bug free! Make the damn bed every day! Keep dust mites, spider mites, scabies, and other microscopic parasites out of and off of the body! Never allow pets around seating, bedding or eating areas, unless maybe it's an indoor cat and you are sure that you are keeping your home and your animal bug and worm free! If animals go from indoor to outdoor, they will pick up every little bug and worm that is all over the ground and carry it around with them, especially around the mouth and rear end! Never allow your animals to lick you on the face! Gross, most dogs eat other animals defication and may even eat their own puke, same with cats, just because the inside of the mouth is clean doesn't mean the fur aorund the mouth is clean! Gross yourself out, ...this is what my Dad did to me at a young age, take a magnifying glass or a microscope, grab a little hair off an animals face and a little hair of an animals rear and look at it under the microscope or magnifying glass, then do the same thing witha piece of grass! DISGUSTING!!! You don't want them dropping off or shaking off all those bugs and worms all over your bed and around where you sit and eat! Keep sexual areas covered and keep your mouth closed while playing with animals and never do so when hot or sweaty, bugs ans worms will crawl into open pores fast! It's easy to inhale too many microscopic organisms and then it's nxt to impossible to get them out of your body! When you catch one little thing, it's easier to catch another, and then another, and then another and then before you know it, your immune sustem is so low you can't heal or cure anything. HENCE HIV!!!

... Building immunities helps to withstand stupid mistakes made by self or religious freaks taking advantage of priviledge or supposed allowances and when you abuse, you lose! Point Blank!

Bug Free lifestyle = healthy, happy living...

...needs to be well kept to keep away the diseases and illnesses that parasites and microscopic organisms can cause. I don't mean just the spiders and earwigs and dust mites and spider mites, etc either! Remove all dead debrit from around your home and garage, keep compost and garbage away from the house and pile firewood away from the walls surrounding your home to keep bugs at bay. I personally use Bug B Gone and Raid products everywhere I think bugs may be capable of crawling in, Bug B Gone you only have to do, I'll say once a season is a good idea then you can just use Raid every two or three months, especially f you have pets and or kids running in and out all the time! Use it thoroughly! Read the directions! Spray it everwhere! Here's a list of places I never forget to spray thoroughly both inside and out...all around door frames, window frames, attic entries and basements, all the way around where the floor meets the wall, especially in rug ares or where there is wall to wall carpetting, outlets, phone jacks, cracks and crevices in the ceilings, under cusions, between mattresses, under all the furniture, closets especially cause they don't get cleaned often enough, pet bedding areas I always spray heavily, pet doors, in and around cabinets, I even do garages, all the way around floor and ceiling, I HATE SPIDERS! Porches, steps, breezeways,nooks and crannies, cracks and crevices and double spray all areas where garbage may be kept! I even spray the kids outdoor play equipment! AGAIN, BUGS CAUSE DISEASES AND ILLNESSES YOU CAN'T FIND LET ALONE CURE AND OR HEAL FROM! If you cannot afford to buy bug sprays , try growing those natural repellants that I mention earlier and boil them down into a tea, sprinkle it all over your house, inside and out, especially in areas where the windows and doors are or entryways for attic and basements! This can be used as a bug spray on the skin as well, just make sure to dillute it properly! (...approximately 1 ounce of herb to one cup of water and boil for about a half hour to 45min.)

When Changing Religions or Beliefs...Self-Brainwashing...

For those interrested...when changing religions or beliefs...how to!

OK, when I decided to change my life...I involved everyone I know! I mean teachers, friends, family, everyone I could think of!!! I asked them all to help me improve my life and I think in turn may have even rubbed off on a few. I did warn people that I was going to get physical with myself, before I actually did it so that they ould understand that I wasn't giong crazy and I would literally physically beat myself up every time I screwed up! I asked people for reminders and told them to physically kick me in the butt when they caught me doing things I was trying to stop doin! It works, you know...If people think you are trying to improve your personality instead of just "switching religions" they will be more willing to help!
Big time importance!...It doesn't have to be a religious thing, ...people shun religion these days. It's easier to egt people involved in your life if it's just improvement! Just make yourself a better person, you don't need to claim to be any specific denomination, necessarily, just want to be a better person for yourself, the people aorund you and your community! People will be more willing to get involved with you if you preach less. Noone believes in religion anymoe, sadly,I know, ..but still..if you preach, yo will be shunned, if you teach, you will be promoted! Teach science, nature, not necssarily God and Jesus. People need things to touch, see, hear, smell, taste. They don't need to hear any more about things that cannot be proven!!! I have learned from years of experience in watching other people try to preach, that they lose half thecrowd that needs them the most by preachin instead of teachin! That way also, you are not held responsible for hypocracy because you have only science and nature to believe in and you can concentrate more on progress than perfection!!!
Read my page, it's the first paragraph in the paper. Brainwashing techniques 101...learning how to make yourself a better person, without all the religious preachin you don't need!!! It's sooo difficult to listen to an type of religion tese days without pointing out all the stupid little hypocracies! You are beter off not ot even go there. Worship God simply by improving and respecting, even reverencing nature and the human race...You'll find it makes more sense anyways. Improve your life and your body, that's a good way to worship!!! Keep praying if you do fel the need, by all means, just remember you are always watched over, no matter what religious organisation you are a part of...always! It's more a government thing than it is a religious thing...
HERE'S THAT BRAINWASHING LESSON, JUST IN CASE...

In order to cure anything including the common cold, you first need to learn how to brainwash yourself into doing the right thing by your own body! Brainwashing yourself can be the easiest thing in the world to do, once you know how tis done, see! First of all, you'll need to write down everything you dislike about yourself, do it honestly now, and then after that, write down all the negative things that could, and have happenned because of the things you dislike about your personality! Bad first, save the best for last!...Now you'll need to write down all the positive things that you like about yourself and then all the positive things that have happenned in your life because of the positive things within your personality! Be thorough! ...Now make a list of things that you want to be and or change about yourself and the benefits that come from making those changes!... Now, to beat in into your system, you'll need to write it at least ten times each, just like in school, the more times you write it, the less often the behavior will repeat itself, I would do it a hundred times just to beat it in thoroughly if you are that interested in changing your negative behaviors...once it is beat repetitively into your SYSTEM, ...the more embedded the information becomes in the programming that your governments use to manage your identity! ...Now, ...The same with your positives list, you need to write them all out at least ten times, the more you write it, the more embedded the information gets! ...Now..., with the new list about the things you want to be, do the same thing, write it as many times as your hand can take it, I will be/do this, over and over and over and when you forget, or you mess up, do it again or read it again. This is a big time self esteem booster. Improving your personality will help you feel better about yourself as a person and involving other people in this kind of therapy will show people that you have respect for yourself and your life, rubbing off on others at a fast rate, before you know it, everyones doin it! When you're done, put it somewhere you can read back over it often and read the negatives first to remind yourself why you are trying to improve your life. Then there's nothing but positive reinforcement to leave yourself with and you can end the day on a good note. ( too important, the order of theprovess!) Give yourself credit often for the things you do right and the things that you like about yourself and ask friends to remind you when they catch your negative behaviors to either gently remind you or if you can take it, to kick you in the butt! I have gone to physical lengths, partially because of my interractive programming, ( I have to remain strong minded and strong willed) So, I used to physically slap my own mouth, slap my own fingers, punch walls, to hurt my hands when I did something wrong with them! Right down to even physically slapping or punching myself in the head for the allowance of the wrong thought! I know it sounds queer but it worked for me! Self Discipline is a strength, not a weakness!!! Another thing you can do is to write down all the negatives that have happenned throughout the day, I mean take a seriuos sensus, and rip it up, flush it, burn it, throw it away and forget it! Never think about it again! Let it go, if you don't it will eat away at you! When involving family and friends in your therapy or treatment, if you will, ask them ( of course this will vary person to person) to remind you in whatever way you feel comfortable to help you to remember when you mess up and to give you a little credit when you remember to correct yourself! Always remember that your quirks are normal. It's difficult to educate yourself, especially when parents are not prepare to have children! Noone teaches these lessons these days, that's why it is soooo important that I get the message out to as many people as possible and as quickly as possible. The stories all change too much, lessons are forgotten and things are left out that are too important. Past gets beat in too repetitively and once it gets beat into the system and the lessons get buried, it's difficult to bring them back up! NOT COOL! You have the power to be different and be a better person. Don't become what you have hated all your life, then you deserve the revenge that you wished upon them ! Think about that seriously! Be the example to those around you, it will rub off and it will rub off fast! Then people around you start to have more respect for themselves and the community becomes more peaceful and positive, allowing for people to get their jobs done properly so that things function at a normal pace. Build a more creative, inspirational atmosphere around you, it is seriuosly so much more satisfying to the entire community! Healing your body comes from healing your mind, heal the mind, heal the body!... Always keep in mind that progress is more realistic than perfection! When you are comfortable about who you are as a person, it helps you to be sure about yourself in the community, you can hold your head high and people will be more willing to not just be around you, but to be a good friend too! Social behavior starts with your own personality and endorphins begin with happiness! Endorphins cure and heal everything!

Big Clue during a time of war and yes this is a Holy War...

Wether or not you are beeing immediately affected by it or not, ...thee is a war going on! People need to made aware. I've been in the chat rooms, I can see the rage hapenning over all the perversion! That's not your bedroom people! You have the right to a common law in your own community spaces! Take charge of your community! Here's some things to watch for...False diagnosis's, if you are beeing misdiagnosed you are more than likely beeing terrorized, watch your Dr's for odd reactions and always ask for asecond oppinion, I know it's time consuming but it'll be worth it. People calling you crazy or calling you pet names, ...may be prostituting you or your children or terrorizing you behind your back, they could be using your screename, slandering your reputation, using falsified badges, redirecting 911 calls, tampering with your phon service. If your local PD refuses to take you seriuosly, (get explicit in detail) call a higher authority!!! I mean it, always speak to a supervisor and if you can't get any wear physicaly go to the Police Department. Do not ever fall for people protecting you behind the back, don't let people get away with breaking and enterring, know everything in your home and it's placement, watch things closely. Here'sa clue, ...There area couple of bands of war vets running around trying to make things even inside the US for what they did during the war in othercountries! Mean mothas they are, manipulating officers, trading places and setting off red flag behaviors. I studied wartactics when I ws a kid because of m father beein military all my life, he kida got me into it. I'M NOT SAYIN IT'S HAPPENNING TO EVERYONE, BUT IT IS COMMING AND YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED!!! I'm watching this happenin too many chat rooms to too many people! Change your passwords often and know, I mean be observan of yourself beeing monitorred, any odd behavior from anyof your friends could mean they are beeing interracted, ( cyber or virtual) or hacked over completely. I have to tell you ll this one little secret about war! Alot of what's ben going on since the last war, especially online, has to do with people beeing skun alive and brought back from oerseas! This sets off a red flag behavior tat I think they are unaware of! It's supposed to, ...Anyone who is military is set up so that your injuries and organs are all labelled. Your injuries match your microchip/s. If you have a social security number you ahve a microchip so the government can research you, track you, keep you safe and help to improve the Earth with your nformation! The history books, even( I hate to even mention it right now, but) The Bible, even says that every hair on your ehad is numbered! Think about how long ago that was written...Hw long has the government been able to track us!? Seriously, they have their waysof keeping the Earth safe! NOW, ...when a man gets skunalive in a wartime situation, they se off red flag behaviors because their signals get screwed up and don't match. THAT'S HOW IT IS SUPPOSE TO WORK! EMBEDDED INFORMATION, IS EMBEDDED INFORMATION!What this does is make a person appear crazy in many different ways...Drugs help this process along, making it even worse! They are very short tempered, they have criminal behaviors, perverted insiuations, call people crazy, can't seem to get enough sex, draw attention to themselves regularly with odd behaviors. The same things happen when people swap around second skin disguises! Report this kind of behavior!!! Watch over your community, these people are in the United States, watching over the weakest country on Earth and they are ready to terrorize us, with our own laws from inside our own Governments! They are the Army of the United Kingdom and I ahte to tell ya, but it's either this or bombing, those are the choices! WE, THE US HAS TO SMARTEN UP!! NOW!! The US is made up of people from othr countries wanting to "get away with" followng their own laws and practicing their own religions and we, as a country have allowed so much to happen, ...ESPECIALLY IN PUBLIC PLACES,that the entire Earth is angry with us, for the allowance of wrath and rage through the encouragement of weakness! Our rage spreads, especially those connected to the internet. The internet is about sharing information, problem is that it has become so interractive with things like virtual machine( be careful with this, it enhances your imaginaton) cyber sex programs and other virtuality type programs, that we are not only sharng our typing, but our emotions and feelings as well. What you do in your household and how you feel when you are infront of your comuter screen, affects the people connected to your friends list , like yelling at your kids outside affects your neighbors attitude next door!!! I'm serious. People are not rading the directions to their computer equipment. If youa re getting out of control of your emotions, maybe you need to uninstall your virtual machine!!! Read the manual!!! I mean it, it is too important! It is virtual, that means it's only partially real! It enhances your experience on te computer to make it what you push for it, (want) for it to be!!! As well as others connected to yuo. If you have trouble keeing control of your emotions and feelings, stay outa the chat rooms, watch who you connect to! iggy negative people, don't let people get you angry, if you get outa control get offline! DON'T SPREAD THE RAGE!!! PLEASE I BEG YOU! I mean especially watch your attitude, not just what you type in. Poeple are learning fast how to feel through the internet to know the people they connect to, because, it seems allowable to pick on the right people these days! We are allowed to terrorize/revenge/sabatogue poeple that truly deserve and when you get that way online it leaves you succeptible to other people wrath!!! That's why people have a hard time with their connctions and get booted regularly, that's why you get iggie sand can't seem to get through to people, that's why the friends on your list get pampered with and your records get mixed up!!! Keep a close eye on your profile information, web sites, pages. BE CAREFUL. It's alot like beein in a restaraunt, you need a course in social behavior! What you do in your ow house is your own business, what you do in public space, like the im boxes and the chat rooms, the groups and web sites, ...THAT'S NOT YOUR BEDROOM IT'S A PUBLIC SPACE!!! Too many people have access to that information and if they don't they can get it!!! If things start to go wrong in your life, check your own attitude, maybe you t online angry oneday and made someone snap at their kid! Maybe you caused an argument over a comment given to someones wife, maybe you had an underlying frustration that day and someone wanted to revenge you for it. People can get access to chat logs!!! ONLINE, ...it's public access information! You have got to watch yourself more closely! WE NEED MORE POSITIVE PEOPLE ONLINE to ballance out the war that's already going on! If they ahve to iggy a million bots and battle perversion and anger every time they try to get a little more public, it's gnna become a waste of time. We ar encouraging nothin but war in the public spaces and chat rooms by allowing too much! DON"T ALIENATE THE GOOD HEARTED PEOPLE ON THIS EARTH by keeping them out of the rooms!!! Overseas countries are seeing us as the weakest country that exists because of the allowances online! We are spreading war!!! Inviting them to revenge the entire country! Please d your part, be socially aceptable in the public spaces, watch what you say, imllions of people are allowed to judge you according to your mouth and your emotions every day of the week, I mean every time you sign on, there are a million overseas terrorists monitoring your chat logs, your blogs, your im's, ...because they are allowed to pick on the weak and the warmongers!
Another big point I have to stress is that we are beeing mixed up quite on purpose!!! Spying is illegal,trasspassing is illegal, hacking is illegal, phishing is illegal, People are mixing up microchips, signals, labels ON PURPOSE!!! Hint, if people wanted you to know, they'd tell ya!!! We have a right to practice our religion in our own spaces, the computer is not our own space unless we are offline!!! It's a publicity tool! They are made specifically for sharing information, so be more careful about the information that you share! I beg of you! Think bigger than your own living room, it's a big world, you get on the internet and it's a highway of lines, information beeing passed around like the air freaquencies, people pick up on it! Don't contribute to the US beeing bombed again, please, this governement doesn't like havng to spend money we could be using on health care to clean up nuclear messes!!! Crying Babies and Content Children!!! Summarized advice from a Mom of 5!!!

PREVENTION AND PERMISSIVE PARENTING EDUCATION 101...Training and manipulation, when handled gently, can make for easy parenting! Confused yet?! It's simple, keep an attitude that would would never do anything to the child you wouldn't want them doin back to you later on in life! I, ...start manners young! Right from BABY up through, I use manners with my children and I expect they follow my example! Teach through example! Don't hurt, is easy to teach, not yourelf or anyone else, no their person, their belongings or their feelings! EVER!!! You'll never be embarassed by your children, and they will take good care of you later on in life when you, ..maybe ho knows, ...are on your death bed! They'll remember how they were raised!!! So, always make sure baby is comfortable! CLEAN is a big point here, sirt makes baby itchy and uncomfortable!!! Soft clothing, soft blankets, NO WRINKLES!!! Wrinkles will make baby fussy, they're little skin is sooo sensitive at first. Fabric softeners are important! Personally I won't use anything but snuggle especially for baby clothing!!! Everything else rots elastic, magine what it does to the skin! Hunger will make a baby cry, so will gas. Feed baby on a schedule, ( nurses give free advice ya know! So do Dr.s) The very second baby wiggles or fusses at all, you must BURP immediately! Three or four should suffice, you'll know when baby stops wiggling and fussing that there are no more burps, if you start feeding agan and baby is still wiggling or having trouble with suction then try getting another burp! Burps come up, ...not sideways, not down, UP! Place baby against chest in an upright position, gravity functions ya know! Pat baby on back gently butfirmly starting at the bottom and slowly working upwards, then repeat! Remeber three to four burps. Baby WILL sense your frustration, always remember to stay calm in front of baby unil you can allow yourself to lose it somewhere you will not take chances on hurting yoruself or baby! After yo put the baby down, then lose it away from them!!!! You'll feel bad if you don't and leaves for underlying frustration that baby can sense and will make them fussy and gacious! Bad angles, could make a baby fussy for no reason. Make sure baby is in a natural position, how would you want to be laying or sitting? Is baby slumped? Help them to sit straight, it will stop scholiosis before it happens! Keep bottles and diapers clean!!!! Clean out the bottle when it is emptied. Diapers should be changed approximately every four hours unless baby is poopy! Anything else is unnecessary. It's not a bad thing to leave a little pee on a baby!!! AND they do not need o be wiped every singe time they peee! Only change if baby has pooped, wipe only when they poop, unless really wet, and try usin corn starch if anything instead of powder, you'll save them congestive problems. Baby powder is only good foroily skin and older babies.Hint, ...when chosing wet wipes, use them on yourself for a day! See how they make you feel!!!! Desitin and A& D ointment and Balmex. Switch around. Use them in a variation! Baby will build a immunity to a diaper rash ointment if you use nothing but! ODD,I know but too true! Diaper changing...if the diaper is half on, you have to clean up extra messes and abby gets all dirty! Place child on a blanket in the middles, puting hand on babys midsection to hold still while getting a little older will help if they wiggle too much, taking babys feet in between the first finger and the fourth finger holds them snug but don't squeeze, lift the abys but up just enough to place diaper CENTERED underneath and equal the thing between babys hips, making sure that the tape reaches out to both sides equally! Place the tape aprtway in on one side and try ot keep it centered on both sides, otherwise it could cut into babys legs and slop over to one side making it impossible for it to fit snug and possibly making a hell of a mess! On baby and house! Stimulation to the brain! Colorful objects, bright and obvious shapes and vivid textures,soft toys, make a baby happy, not too close to the face but not too far off either, improve a babies vsion gradually by moving objects in front of them slowly and moving close and far off slowly! Their vision will adjust more quickly if you allow them to keep focussed! Caring, gentle, safe, touch around the face and hairline, the fingers, arms, feet legs...CLUE, never allow anyone to think that you would ever touch a child innapropriately!!! You will get revenged!!! Keep animals away from baby, WATCH THEM CLOSELY!!!!!!! That and other children! Prevent accidents before they happen!!! Calm soothing sounds, musical almost, anything you say as long as it is said calmly while baby is little. Words will matter more and more as baby gets older and understands more!!! Baby will be comforted more by a softer tone of voice! gentle and slow but deliberate movements will give baby something to concentrate on and make them smile and even laugh. Manipulation makes things much easier. When you know how to manipulate a child by using pressure points, you don't have to fight them so hard in putting on clothes and moving them around. Example; when taking clothes off baby place fingers behind elbow and in front of elbow, placing more pressure inside that out to pull arm out and opposite that to put arm in! Same with the legs. Place hand on top of knee to move leg out and behind the knee to move leg in and or up! Running your hands over a babys knuckles will open the hand and putting pressure on the inside of the fingers will make them grasp! Pushing into the ball of a babys foot will make them pull their foot up and putting pressure on the top of the toes will make them grip their toes! Somtimes a baby just wants to be held. here's a couple simple suggestions to help cuddle baby and make them feel all warm and cozy! Baby's love to feel like they are all snuggled up inside the womb!!! Grab a blanket, place it on the floor, place babys head near one corner of the blanket and bring up the botton, folding it under the babys chin, take the outside corners and bring them in, folding them NEATLY!!! across babys chest. This is what's called swaddling and it makes baby feel like they are back curled up inside the womb. Makes for a very calm, content child! Babys love to be snuggled up around where they can hear your heatbeat, it reminds them of the womb!!! Some people even buy ticking clocks to place around the baby while they are trying to get them to sleep, it simulates ( makes it the same as) a heartbeat! Soft, slow music, white noise (like the tv after all the shows are off or a radio station blanked) at a very low volume. Nature noises, waterfalls, wind, thunder and lightenning, repetitive and consistent sounds are lulling as in calming. Big hint...beeing careful of course with sudden loud noises, ...make sure baby is used to a sminor level of noise in the house, keep music going and or tv, vacuum while the child is awake to get them used to the noise, that way you don't have to worry about them waking up at every little noise in the house. Always have something going while they are sleeping! The only time you really need to be quiet, is while baby is literally just falling asleep!
Here's a quickbaby food recipe for ya! As long as you are keeping your diet perfectly natural, ( especially the fruits and veggies and starches and grains, nevermind the meats at first, these are good for over a year old!) , anything you eat can be mashed into a puree for baby!!! As long as you are careful what you use to cook it in! Vegetable oil spread is better for you and baby.
Now for children, ...as babies get older they need certain things at certain times in their lives! Certain foods for certain ages, always the purees andmashes first, there's nothing wrong with spices, herbs and salt and pepper on a light level!!! It is a purification process! Mix fruits and veggies with a starch or a grain so as not to give baby bellyaches and always call a Dr. and ask before starting baby on foods!!! Remember always, IF IT DOESN"T TASTE GOOD TO YOU, WHY WOULD BABY EAT IT!!!
Progressive toys, shapes, textures and colors will stimulate a babys intelligence as well as motor function and help the senses to develop properly! Words, showing baby as they get older how to move their mouth while making sonds will improve their intelligence, your closeness and their trust all at the same time! Patience and tollerance are too important while raising children. Always stay calm unless...i is a life threatenning emergency. Then a little bit of urgency will make them understand easier! That is important! Children do need to be taught right from wrong and sometimes it takes beeing a little louder than usual! Never abusive, just reinforcing. Defensive and protective always and immediately after the behavior!!! That is too important. Teach them not to hurt, like I said and use manners with them, like you want them to do with you! They learn from your examples and will mimick your behavior, even if it's not right in front of your face! That could be slighly embarrassing depending on company!!! Never start behaviors that you don't want to continue. Allowing a child to become dependant on any behavior or making anything a pattern, they will get so used to that it may be impossible to get them out of it!!! Never give more negative attention, save it for life threatenning emergencies! They will misbehave to get the amounts of negative behavior if they don't get enough positive attention! Sooth baby often by smothing down hair and neatenning their appearances often. They will learn that you respect and love them if you do and it's an excuse to give positive attention safely. DO IT OFTEN. Don't fuss continuously but make sure they get to feel safe and appropriate forms of affection. Big tip in parenting...If you can't do it in public, you know damn well you shouln't be doin it at all! That doesn't mean embarrass them all the time, it just means that you should be able to appropriately discipine your child, without beeing embarrassed or innappropriate! I have always showed my cildren , of course approrpiately, how it feels. Do't hurt Mama and Mama doesn't hit back, bite back, kick back! Etc...I know it sounds mean, but at the appropriate ages, my children learned the simple laws of consequence!!! There's alot of people on this Earth that will not tollerate a child that hits/kicks/bites and they could get themselves seiously abused if not corrected on these behaviors at a young age! I used to physically rmove my childs hand when hit by accident or otherwise and teach them slow, soft touch. Don't hit the face, touch the face! Again always do nothing in private you wouldn't do in public and you will never go wrong in raising your children! Act liek DHS and Child Protective and the local judge are all watching you all the time! Correct yourself immediately when you realise youa re wrong or unjustified and never forge to apologise for beeing wrong or harsh if unnecessary. Admitting you are wrong will helo the child to correct themselves! This is impressive for company and is a great teacher of self control for both you and baby! As baby gets older, there's a simple little technique I learned called redirect! Simply give the child permission to do what is acceptable and revoke all negative attention! Never overreact, always be patient and quiet, if the child fears you too much it is much more difficult for htem to respect you, trust yu and learn from you!!!! That's kinda important! It's easier to pick achild up and refocus their direction, getting upset only frustrates you and them and then they learn nothing! Give them permission and then praise them for continuing to d the right things, ...THEY'LL WANT TO DO THE RIGH THING MORE OFTEN!!! Always better to correct yourself immediately, same with your child. If you catch the nehavior as soon as it happens and refocus or redirect, you'll never have to over punish and the child will understand better what they ar being disciplied for! Consequences have to fit the crime! Another BIG TIP/CLUE!!! Content children are happy children and intelligent children are confident children! Buy and get educational toys. Get colorful toys, let them pick out what they wan to play with!!! Don't ever expect children to just be happy with what they get. Every child is unique and individual and will enjoy different textures, colors, types and variations of toys. Get things you can get down on the loor and play, with, them! Teach themevery step of the way the right things to do and they will never vary/differ from it!!! There are booklets and lists of tips and even classes you can take through DHS and the local YMCA to help to make things easier, ...UTILIZE RESOURCE! Dr.s love giving free advice about parenting, don't hesitate to ask all the questions you want! Being curious make syou look like a better parent, cause it shows you are interrested in doing the right thing!!! It doesn't mean you are ignorant, not everyone has that kind of knowledge. It takes an education to be a good parent!! You have to learn to have an education, that means you have to seek the knowledge that you need for each different point in your life!!! Ask your Dr. what to expect from baby and teach baby at each appointment you go to, gather all the info you can!!!

Sanitary environment...is too important for baby's health! Keeping baby healthy from birth up will ensure that you don't pay out the butt in health care costs!!!DUH!!! Insurance is hard to come by!!! Deserve it by learning preventin from your Dr.!!! Cut costs while baby is young and stop money arguments with spouse or partner!!! Use simplified versions of household cleaners and dilute as instructed. Read the directions peoples! Always keep kitchen and bath spotless, clean often! Wipe when done! Always dry the area after cleaning, mold and mildew make for a very unhealthy atmosphere, yuck and invites the microscopic parasites and mites and even worms that crawl all over anything that is close to the area, specially the floor where baby is! NOT GOOD! Sickness, disease and illness start here!! Wash baby blankets often and keep clean sheets on beds, change baby every day unless soiled. This will not only ensure that baby is kep neat and clean but not canging baby too often will ensure that they ar introduced to small/minor levels of dirt and dust and pollens maing sre hey ubild their immunities properly!!! USE DON'T ABUSE!!! Overabundances of anything is an overdose, OK, almost anything! Gentle introductions to nature will also help a baby build proper immunities at a proper rate! Stops them from having allergies later on in life!!! Little introductions to everything in it's own time. Variations of foods and colors of foods will make sure baby stays healthy and U 2!!! Rainbow yur variety and stay away from red meats and keep minimal levels of proteins and poultry in your diet, meats can come in later when Mom has lost her weight and babys belly can handle the fattier foods!!! Toys, games, books and educational TV and movies are the best way to keep your child content!!! Make sure they ahve enough toys that they don't get sick of what they have! Second hand toys are great for small rewards when they've been good!!! Goodwill, Salvation Army, and lawn and yard sales are great for this purpose specifically!!!! LET THEM CHOSE THEIR TOYS!! They will be satisfied and content playing and staying out of your hair more often. Of course, help them, help, not do for, chose safe toys that will last. Instead of making demands, make suggestions! Be firm about what is and is not acceptable but allow them their choices as often as safely possible!See...It's easier on the pocketbook, the relationship, the temper and the kids! Cleaning up more toys will only keep you in better sape anyways! Make them responsible for thier belongings and teach them to treat their toys with respect.Take them away if they are beeing abusive!!! Don't get angry, just remove what is being abused! Like when they misbehave, that's how children learn...refocus and redirect instead of getting angry, it wastes your time, your energy and your trust levels with your child, not to menion wearing on your relationship!!! Content children leave for more time in a relationship! OH, be careful what you do in front of your children!!! It is a good thing to show a child appropriate levels of affection! It is NOT good to be hanging all over and being sexual in front of them, not until they are of an appropriate age to have their own safe, choice relationships. It's embarrassing to have a child that doesn't know how to behave socially!!!! Doesn't say much for you as a parent! Sorry to say!!! Everyone knows that children learn by example.Don't do anything in front of your child tht you don't want them repeating in front of or with or around company!!!!
Maintain a safe atmsphere around the babies!!! Keep unhealthy and unsafe objects out of childs reach at all times! Save yourself the accidentsand the Doctors bills!!! No to mention the stress of having to run to catch something or correct something unsafe from happenning! prevent, it takes ot long to correct the damage when you could have stopped it from happenning altogether! Big Tip, ...always correct yourself when you are wrong, especally in front of your child/ren!!! ANDalways apologise ASAP when you know you are wrong or did something you didn't mean! It almost takes back all the damage immediately!!! Doesn'tmake it OK to make mistakes!!!iIt does help the child undersand better about progress as opposed to perfection! Something else that makes a big difference is making sure the child has a comfortable room to play in. A safe, creative, playfull,cleanly, well organised room with plenty of toys will keep children out from underfoot and give you more time to yourself and your relationship!!! Makes a big difference. If you want time to clean and read and watch your soaps or talk on the computer, ...make sure the child/ren are well occupied in a safe atmosphere so you don't have to run back and forth every time they scream! I even made sure my kids had their own second hand TV to watch cause we all argue over shows! Kept them busy in their rooms wile I cleaned, we had a farm and too many indoor outdoor animals so I had to keep the place clean more often! Plus I like clean children. It makes a parent look good wen both the kids and the house are clean and well kept! Oh, and always make sure you set limits, tell them what is and is not ok...before they do it and make sure they are aware of the consequences of their actions! There will be less question and more reward as opposed to negative attention betwen the two of you and the cild will learn from you more easily and have less disrespect and spite towards you, the parent! Always remember not to do anything to the child that they do not like or is innappropriate in public, they will respect you more and do fewer things to make you angry!!!
