Quick Cure Diet...
Sorry you had to read through all that first but it is too important to know how to prevent instead of having to cure! It's much easier to heal if you know how to stay away from things that area detrimental to the human body! First things first, neither God nor the Government would give ya a disease without growing ya the cure! ( with all portions of this cure, ingest do not inhale unless otherwise specified!) Things have to go through the digestive system in order for your body to get the full usage out of it all ! When worried about virus's, colds, infestations, infections and diseases, make sure you get plenty whites, yellows, tans, oranges, pinks, and red fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, nuts, berries and try using poultry instead of red meats! These with the help of variations of dark, medium and light greens and red, brown and black for energy will help you build immunities to anything on the market these days and at a miraculous rate too! Juices, soups, stews, fluids and don't forget the mushrooms! Teas and variations therof are also a great help in building immunities nad the sugar in proper doses assists with all skin dysfunctions as does salt! Sweat out colds, virus's and bacterial infections with varieties of peppers and whilte veggies, minerals and spices and herbs! That's why chillis and spaghetti sauces area a big part of this cure all technique! Don't foget the olives, ( both colors) pickles, ( sweet or sour doesn't matter ) pickled beets and spinach with vinegar to help keep the blood flowing without the use of alcoholic beverages which will weaken the immune systen and force you liver to dysfunction making it impossible for tis important organ to function properly in order to properly disburse waste and toxins from the body! These will also keep veins, capillaries and arteries wide open forcing proper blood flow, making the heart pump stronger and healing and curing you twice as fast! When the heart pumps strong, in increases blood flow and therfore oxygen to the brain, increasing conentration, memory, motor skills and libido almost instantly ! When curing anything or trying to heal anything at all on the Earth, you need to make sure you do not clog you porses so that you can use sweating as part of the cure! If you cannot expell things properly from the body, you cannot heal or cure anything properly! Use less whole milk and no cream, unless you are really trying to keep weight down, or unless it is a special occassion or an occassional treat! Vitamins , every day, as a matter of fact take two they're small! Make sure you have a thorough multivitamin, mineral and herb supplement and if you even miss one meal a day take two. I suggest taking two a day anyways if your health is at all questionable, if you've been on medications or if you have ever been malnourished at any point in your life! Don't forget to rest and relax to recover faster! This is big time important. You're body will continuously use up all your iron and natural sugars to try to heal as fast as possible. The more energy you waste, the longer it will take you to heal and cure anything at all . Some other things that stop all healing processes and cures is stress, anxiety, and depression! Keep these things out of your life if you want to get better fast! No fast food, at all ever if you want to heal or cure anything, unless you havea salad! Remember that small amounts of excercise, in whatever form you can get it, will help circulation and healing. Congestion stops circulation, whether it is in the blood or lungs, and without circulation, the heart won't pump, blood won't flow, lungs don't work and you can't and won't heal! Smokers, ...big clue, if you feel the need to smoke, research the company you chose. You can do that online! You could also ask your Doc what the safer brands are, they usually have that information! I was prescribed Old Golds! The proper usage, as directed would be one per hour or as otherwise needed for stress levels or iron intake! Don't smoke more than a pack a day, no matter what brand you try! The chemicals are too much of a set back in large doses! You will also need to stay away from the end of your and other peoples cigarrettes. Smoke in a well ventilated or open area and never leave it smoking next to your face. Don't sit in rooms where there are alot of smokers together. Second hand smoke is the leading cause in cancer, emphyzema, loss of taste buds, bronchial infections like strep, mono and bronchitis and many other throat and bronchial infections and diseases! Yelling, screaming, singing, shouting will help to open airways making it easy for you to breathe and again, the heart cannot continue to pump properly unless the lungs function properly! Just don't aim it at anyone in anger! Find a safe spot where noone will call the cops, or at least warn people that you are just practicing and scream, yell, shout, sing for at least a half hour to an hour a day, take in a deep breath and let it out slowly until your lungs are totally empty, breathe for a minute and then repeat! This goes for babies too, you can prevent instead of cure babies from all lung dysfunction by letting them cry for at least 20 mins to a half hour a day, as long as nothing else is wrong! Check everything first and just let them go, wear ear muffs, ear plugs or walk out of the room if it bothers you that badly! Do it every day and never fail! Works great for anyone with breathing difficulty, punctured or injured or even deflated lungs, asthma, emphyzema, chronic bronchitis, strep, mono or congestive problems. The better the lungs function the easier it will be for the heart to pump properly! Never sit in a vehicle that has been running more than 15 minutes without proper ventilation!!! This will not only dysfunction the lungs but kills brain cells fast, causes abnormalities in motor function and muscle function, casuse nerve damage and lung problems, loss of apetite and many skin irritations including skin cancer, exzema and reoccuring acid burns. ...more comming on this subject including recipes...
